Soyabean trading range for the day is 3009-3105.
Soyabean gains on short covering tracking firmness in spot demand after prices plunged in last some sessions amid lower planting of the crop.
Prices were also supported after sowing of the crop declined because of poor rains in producing areas of Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Rajasthan.
Acreage of soybean, the main kharif oilseed, was down at 11 million hectare until September 12 from 12.22 million hectare a year ago.
