In some mandis prices spurted on stockiest buying and some were closed due to elections.
NCDEX accredited warehouses mustard seed stocks gained by 3255 tonnes to 46927 tonnes.
In the Alwar spot market in Rajasthan the price gained 51.5 rupee to 3481.25 rupees per 20kgs.
